Social Dance
An opportunity to practice the skills and moves that you've learned in class. All levels and styles of dance are welcome! It's also a chance to watch other dancers and listen to great music.
There will be a variety of styles, including West Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz, Lindy Hop, and Line Dance.
Drop-In Classes
These classes are for everyone! There's no commitment, all experience levels are welcome, and no partners are required. Just bring water and non-scuffing shoes.
You can pay our drop-in rate for a single class, or use an 11-class pass.

ConfiDANCE
with Stephanie
ConfiDANCE is a high energy class perfect for anyone who wants to learn the basics of dance while getting a great aerobic workout. This drop in class is perfect for beginner dancers with no experience, advanced dancers, and everyone in between. Dancers will learn the basics of Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Burlesque dance during this fun, high energy, confidence boosting class.

Beginner Salsa
with Laura
Learn to move your feet in connection with your partner to the 1,2,3 - 5,6,7 - of LA-Style Salsa! Learn the basic rhythm, footwork, lead-and-follow movements of Salsa on One. This class is designed to be fun and relaxing. A different step is added to the repertoire each week.

Intro West Coast Swing
with Amy
Classes cover the fundamentals of West Coast Swing, starting from a walk. We will explore the structure, music, and core 6-count steps to get you moving to your favourite pop, blues, or 4/4 time music.
The first three Saturdays of each month are drop in. Subsequent Saturdays are review and require attendance at a previous session.

Block Classes
These classes are designed in a set and build on each week. If you've missed the start of a block, don't worry - a new one should be starting soon!
Speak to the teacher or volunteer about payment options for these classes. You may be able to pay our drop-in rate, use an 11-class pass per class, or one discounted pass for the full block (usually recommended).
Tuesdays 7:30 pm
1940s Swing
with Jordi
Lindy Hop and Charleston are the original swing dances from the 1920s, 30s, and 40s. This eight-week series is for those who are proficient in the basics of Lindy Hop and Charleston and builds on the basic techniques. You'll learn some well known choreographies and may even get to develop your own choreography with other dancers. We will also focus on musicality and social dance etiquette.

Line Dancing Level 2
with Margot
Line Dancing shares many steps, counts, and styling found in other dance genres and is a super fun way to keep your body, mind, and heart healthy while having a great time! We'll dance to all types of music so you can bring your line dancing skills to dances, parties, concerts and festivals.

West Coast Swing Fundamentals
with Laura
In this 4-week class, we will be building on and refining the five basic steps learned in the Intro classes, breaking them down into easy-to-follow components.
Whether you're a beginner looking to establish a strong foundation or an intermediate dancer aiming to refine your skills, this class is designed to enhance your understanding of this versatile and stylish dance form.
